Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of UK practice experience, confident working in Revit, and eager to contribute to complex, design-led residential schemes.

Office: Southwark, Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)
Duties:
* Assist project teams in developing design and technical information in Revit
* Support with the preparation of concept design presentations and planning packages
* Contribute to design development and coordination through RIBA Stages 2–4
* Prepare visuals, diagrams and reports to support planning and client submissions
* Collaborate closely with senior architects, technologists and consultants on live projects
* Participate in internal design reviews and help maintain high drawing and BIM standards
Requirements:
* Masters Qualified and RIBA Part II qualified Architectural Assistant
* Minimum 1 year of UK practice experience
* Strong Revit skills (essential)
* Experience working on residential or mixed-use projects (preferred)
* Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulation processes
* Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about high-quality, sustainable design
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
