Responsibilities:


Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for specialized roles, with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related engineering disciplines.


Partner closely with Technical Hiring Managers and Department Leaders to understand complex role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term team-building strategies.


Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier, passive technical talent in the AI/ML landscape.


Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through to offer.


Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future needs, with specialized programs to address urgent hiring spikes.


Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, Boolean searches, GitHub, Kaggle, relevant tech communities, and industry-specific events.


Act as a subject matter expert on the technical talent market, providing insightful data and market intelligence on trends, compensation, and competitive threats.


Establish and maintain strong partnerships with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.


Uphold the highest standards of recruitment excellence, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency throughout the hiring process.


Requirements:


Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced technology, product, or R&D environment.


Demonstrable track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for AI/ML roles (e.g., Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Researcher, NLP Engineer, Computer Vision Engineer).


Passion for technology and a strong understanding of the AI/ML domain, including key skills, tools, and industry trends.


Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with both technical stakeholders and candidates.


Strong ability to develop and execute on targeted recruiting strategies and talent acquisition models.


Skilled in building rapport with technical candidates, providing expert coaching and mentorship throughout the interview process.


Fluent in both written and spoken English.
