Our Donation Centre (Warehouse) at Winnall, just outside of Winchester, is the hub of our retail operation. It's where we receive, sort and distribute all our donated goods and we need more help! Key Responsibilities: As part of a small team, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public who are donating items for sale in our shops, for deliveries to the warehouse and for other visitors. You will help callers unload their items, digitally process, on a tablet, Gift Aid where appropriate and then sort items according to our criteria adhering to health and safety standards. Working in our warehouse is never dull, as you are always surprised by the kindness of donors and the contents of some of their bags! Benefits: This is a permanent, part-time role, working 15 hours per week (2 days Mon to Fri) You will also help provide some cover for staff absence (holidays, regular day off, sickness absence) so flexibility over working days will be needed.
