You will be responsible for delivering sales and profit growth through the creation, development and execution of high quality product, service innovation programmes. Working with the Development team you will be instrumental in utilising effective insight in order to drive exceptional innovation whilst putting in place an innovation process that that is robust and rigorous in terms of taking concept through the testing process through to store launch. As well driving improvements through innovation you will help position the brand to meet sustainable growth and long term market share gain objectives working closely with Ecommerce in scoping out service based initiatives. - Expierence gained working with branded food categories is essential
