Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Managing the financial aspects of projects from start to completion.
* Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
* Evaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budgets are met.
* Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential construction.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and building regulations.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
