Area Sales Representative Area Sales Representative - North West & North Wales / South England (Field-Based) - £40,000 – £45,000 Bonus Company Benefits The Job: We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Area Sales Representative covering either the North West & North Wales region or South England. This is a field based role responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships within the cleaning equipment sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target driven, and confident in managing a regional sales territory with autonomy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets - Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors - Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction - Conduct on site client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management - Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and service departments - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities where required The Candidate: - Proven experience in a field sales or area sales role - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region - Experience in cleaning equipment, industrial products, or B2B sales (desirable) - Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office The Package: - Competitive salary £40,000 – £45,000 DOE - Performance related bonus structure - Company vehicle or car allowance - Mobile phone and laptop - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Supportive and dynamic working environment Please email your CV to Adam Lammas, Recruitment Delivery Consultant at ALammas@agriRS.co.uk.
