Role Overview
We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Night Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children, young people, and adults with neurodiversity, autism, and learning disabilities. You’ll be working in residential homes, schools, and community-based settings, delivering consistent overnight support while helping individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care overnight, including personal care and daily living support
Monitor and support individuals during the night, including managing anxiety, sleep routines, and behaviour using approved techniques
Promote independence and life skills, encouraging participation in education, activities, and hobbies
Follow individual support plans and risk assessments accurately
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes
Maintain accurate records, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity, autism, or learning disabilities is desirable, but full training is provided
Flexible, reliable, and able to work overnight shifts confidently
Patient, resilient, and committed to delivering high standards of care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
