About Our Client
Our client is a substantial organisation in the retail industry, known for its significant presence across the UK. They are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis based in Hemel Hempstead.
Job Description
3. Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives.
4. Assist in creating an inclusive and positive company culture.
5. Support the HR Manager with Employee Relations cases and provide support and guidance to managers on best practice and process
6. Support the Human Resources department in administrative tasks.
7. Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
8. Manage internal communications and updates.
9. Handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly.
10. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
11. Coordinate training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
12. A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
13. Experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Employee Relations case load
14. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Proven experience in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
16. A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
