We currently are seeking a Personal Injury Legal Executive/Fee Earnerto join a fast-growing Personal Injury Litigation team based in Central London. You will be joining a successful multi service law firm with fantastic progression opportunities available,
Please see below the role responsibilities:
1. Handling a portfolio of pre-dominantly Fast Track Claimant RTA/EL/PL claims from denial until settlement or trial.
2. Experience within Civil Litigation/ Personal Injury case law and changes to the Civil Procedure Rules – ability to hit the ground running.
3. Liaising with Clients, Defendant Insurers and Defendant Solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence.
4. Instructing counsel ahead of trials, applications, and conferences etc.
To progress to interview stage you must be able to demonstrate previous experience handling fast track RTA files, with at least 2 years experience.
