In addition to this, we also provide a high quality Buffet/Function service to our schools, Café at the Penarth Pier Pavilion, weddings, external customers and companies.

About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8-12, £25,992 - £27,711 (Pro Rata)
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 5 Days – 25 hrs per week, term time only (39 weeks)
Main Place of Work: Ysgol y Ddraig Primary
Description: The Big Fresh Catering Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Manager/Cook. Number of meals served on site: approximately 180 - 190 daily applicants will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen and should preferably have experience of large scale catering.
About You
* Ability to supervise staff to achieve the service objectives
* Ability to plan and organise the kitchen to its full potential
* Be able to use their own initiative in the day to day running of the kitchen
* At least 2 years practical cooking experience in a busy catering environment within the last 3 years.
* Firm commitment to providing a quality catering service.
