Our Finance Graduate Development Programme offers a structured and supportive environment to help you develop into a well-rounded finance professional. Over the course of three-years, youll work closely with some of our customers, such as ASOS, River Island, Iceland, Sainsburys and hundreds more, rotating across various finance functions to gain a deep understanding of how finance supports operational success.
With mentorship from senior leaders, exposure to high-impact projects and the opportunity to gain a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA), youll build the foundations of a successful long-term career.
Finance Graduate pay, benefits and more:
1. Youll be offered a starting salary of £33,000 per annum, rising to £38,000 in your second year and rising to £45,000 in your third year
