Job Overview
A highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant is sought after to provide exceptional administrative support to the Managing Director and Technical Director. The successful candidate will manage daily inbox management, coordinate recruitment activities, collate key metrics, and identify process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee daily inbox management for senior leadership, drafting and scheduling communications.
* Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities: job adverts, CV reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback.
* Develop and present weekly and monthly reports, highlighting trends and insights.
* Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
* Liaise with internal teams to monitor project milestones and follow up on outstanding actions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a senior EA, PA, or administrative role is essential.
* Strong digital literacy: proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and comfortable learning new software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals thrive in this role.
* The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision is necessary.
