Salary: £41,511 + £6,243 market supplement – £45,718 + £6,084 market supplement & £1,000 welcome bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a Family Safeguarding Team within Hertfordshire.

You’ll lead complex cases, support less experienced staff, and help shape practice in a way that empowers families and protects children. Working within multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll bring thought leadership and drive positive outcomes across a range of specialisms.

What We’re Looking For
* Registered with Social Work England
* Completed ASYE
* Significant senior level frontline experience in a safeguarding team.
* Recent experience of case work in Assessments, Child Protection, Children Looked After and Care Proceedings
* Excellent communication, analysis, and safeguarding skills
* Knowledge of key legislation and ability to use a strengths-based approach
* Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
