Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you’ll join a collaborative commercial team supporting the Basildon factory. You’ll manage day-to-day communications and commercial relationships with a portfolio of key customers - ensuring exceptional service, efficient order management, and ongoing business growth.
This is a customer-facing, factory-based role where you’ll take ownership of accounts, oversee production scheduling, coordinate with internal teams, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for allocated customers, ensuring their needs are met.
* Manage orders from placement through to delivery, liaising closely with production, engineering, and quality teams.
* Handle purchase orders and support material planning with buyers.
* Prepare and attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
* Monitor commercial performance and present KPIs to the senior team.
* Support negotiations for new business and continuous improvement projects.
* Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers, promoting growth and efficiency.
