Description
Summary: With training, will perform complex assembly and testing operations
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively
* Work as part of a team to keep things moving smoothly on the production line
* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
* Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Test products to ensure functionality
* Basic computer skills for tasks such as running test programs, tracking work orders, and printing necessary paperwork
* Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
* Be open to learning new tasks and helping in other areas when needed
* Solve basic problems on your own and ask for help when needed
* Occasionally work overtime

* Experience working in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred but not required
* Comfortable using technology like computers or tablets
* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Able to multitask and stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
* A team player with good communication skills
* Willing to learn and take on new challenges
* Dependable and on time
Physical demands and abilities
* Able to lift up to 35 pounds
* Regularly performs repetitive tasks
* Able to stand for entire shift
* Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
* Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
