Job Title: Temporary School Pastoral Administrator
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Remuneration: £14 - £15 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm 30minute lunch
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Thursday 16th October
Join our client's vibrant educational community as a School Pastoral Administrator! We are looking for a dedicated individual who can bring positivity and support to their pastoral team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about student welfare, this is the role for you!
Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service!
Responsibilities:
1. Provide clerical and organisational support to the pastoral team (e.g. typing letters, filing, photocopying).
2. Maintain accurate student records (attendance, behaviour, safeguarding logs).
3. Assist with data entry and updates on school systems such as Bromcom.
4. Cover internal exclusions, ensuring a safe and constructive environment for students.
5. Lead on behaviour management, attendance, punctuality, and safeguarding
6. Handle suspension paperwork with professionalism and care.
