You'll take ownership of the organisation's BI capability, working closely with stakeholders across the group to map processes, improve data quality, and build Power BI dashboards that leaders genuinely rely on. The environment is still in its early stages from a BI perspective, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building, shaping, and scaling data capability from the ground up. You'll also play a key role in supporting and optimising the CRM platform, translating business requirements into effective system processes, and helping teams adopt data-driven ways of working. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly engage with stakeholders remotely across the UK, explaining insights, recommending improvements, and confidently challenging inefficient processes where needed.
