The opportunity
As a Pension & Investment Technical Review Analyst you will work with Openwork financial advisers to provide a full detailed analysis for clients existing pensions and investment schemes submitted for analysis, working within the agreed Service Levels set and in line with adviser needs. You will analyse and input ceding scheme information to ensure the correct information is received and replayed in the Suitability Report. Ensuring that all cost information, features, and benefits are accurately input and represented in the analysis. Working to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and both regulatory and Openwork Sales Process standards at all times. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week. The benefits:
1. Salary - £34,000
2. Bonus scheme – on target bonus 7.5%

Key Accountabilities
9. Review pension and investment scheme information, and complete the analysis for the adviser, highlighting features, benefits, costs and charges
10. Ensure all information is input accurately and to regulatory and Openwork Sales process standards.
11. Ensure that work is prioritised, and all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
12. Regularly chase advisers/providers for receipt of outstanding requirements and review documents received to determine if the analysis can be concluded.
13. To engage and be involved in the review and introduction of improvements to team processes and procedures.
14. Support the team manager, team leader, wider management team and colleagues, providing cover when needed.
15. To be engaged and get involved where required on projects/tasks, including business efficiency and continuous improvement.
16. Engage with advisors demonstrating high levels of customer service and partnership working.

What will you need to succeed?
20. Strong understanding of pension and investment products.
21. Ability to interpret and evaluate pension and investments schemes.
22. Previous experience of dealing with pension and investments providers.
23. Knowledge of pensions & investment products, including safeguarded Benefits, SIPPs and Pension Crystallisation.
24. Good understanding of Financial Conduct Authority requirements for pension and investment transfers.
25. Awareness of Financial Conduct Authority, Treating Customers Fairly principles and general advice process.
26. Familiar with The Openwork Partnership adviser network and/or other networks.
27. Sound judgement skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
