Responsibilities Create, develop, and execute desserts for a tasting menu dinner service only including breads and pre desserts Maintain consistency, flawless presentation, and high culinary standards Manage day-to-day pastry operations, including prep, stock rotation, and ordering Seasonal menu development Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols Ability to work alone Ideal Candidate Experience and work stability in Michelin restaurants only Strong technical pastry skills and a passion for creativity Highly organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused Ambitious, positive, and eager to contribute to a growing, dynamic team Ability to work evenings and Saturdays You must currently be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted
