About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Support Officer. The role offers the chance to work on large‑scale, business‑critical systems that directly support students, staff, and the wider community.
* Delivering technical development, configuration, integration, and support for the University’s core business systems, including Finance, HR and Student Records
* Designing, building, and supporting integrations and data flows between internal systems and third‑party platforms, using APIs, SQL, and Microsoft technologies
* Acting as a senior technical escalation point, providing second‑ and third‑line support, managing system changes, and working closely with vendors and business stakeholders
You will play a hands‑on role in major transformation initiatives, including the student records system implementation and the adoption of Microsoft first strategy. This is a chance to shape how systems integrate and evolve and work across a broad range of services while contributing to long‑term digital change in a supportive and collaborative environment.
