Responsibilities
* Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
* Set up catering stations and ensure that all necessary equipment is in place for service.
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food preparation and service.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during events, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
* Assist in the planning and execution of menus tailored to specific events or client preferences.
* Provide excellent guest services, responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.
* Clean and maintain work areas, including equipment, utensils, and serving areas.
Skills
* Strong background in hospitality with experience in catering or restaurant settings.
* Proficient in food preparation techniques with an understanding of food safety regulations.
* Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
* Previous experience in hotel or culinary environments is advantageous.
