The role:
Responsible for leading and developing a team of Claim Handlers and Rental Property Finders, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of Rapid Relocate. Embed our DELIGHT culture into every aspect of your work, constantly striving to exceed customer and client expectations within your team.
It is essential that you have proven leadership and customer experience, and success in building and maintaining positive work relationships. You must be an effective people leader and role model, able to influence and motivate others to achieve success, even through periods of change. You should get on well with a wide variety of people, be an excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels, and possess effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise with a flexible approach.
Requirements:
* At least one year’s experience in a similar role
Hours of work:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, covering our opening hours on a rota basis. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Office-based.
The package:
* Salary: £28,808 – £29,640, dependent on experience
