POSITION: ECI Project Manager | LOCATION: Coalisland, Co. Tyrone | SECTOR: Civils | TYPE: Full Time Employment
Our award-winning teams, based out of our head office in Tyrone (NI) and regional office in the East Midlands (GB), deliver commercial and residential building projects, as well as key infrastructure projects for our clients in the civil engineering sector, across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities
* Design – help shape the project, assess constructability and provide value engineered solutions. Work alongside the ECI Framework Manager on key infrastructure projects for our client Severn Trent Water and others.
* Commercial – manage and work with our Estimators and Q.S. team to review sub-contract costs and construction contracts.
* Liaison – liaise with the Client, designers, our construction teams, the supply chain and stakeholders to ensure a viable design solution.
