Position Overview
We are looking for a Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist to work at The Royal Marsden Hospital. We have 06 PAs to recruit and we are looking for a part-time staff member who will overlap with an existing part-time worker to facilitate working relationships.
Responsibilities
* Clinical leadership of the general liaison psychiatry service to The Royal Marsden.
* Undertake direct clinical care of patients referred to the Adult Psychological Support Service with complex physical and psychiatric co-morbidities related to cancer diagnosis or impacting on cancer treatment and patient’s quality of life.
* Provide clinical supervision to other team members working at Level 3 (NICE, 2004).
