Environment Advisor
Shirley Parsons is partnering with a leading construction company to offer an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Manager to join their team. If you’re passionate about environmental management and sustainability, this role will allow you to drive real change across major projects while ensuring compliance and best practices are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Champion Environmental Compliance – Shape and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ensuring projects meet ISO 14001 standards and exceed industry best practices.
2. Lead Site-Based Sustainability – Carry out audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and create real environmental impact.
3. Enhance Green Initiatives – Develop and implement strategies that reduce waste, conserve resources, and enhance biodiversity, setting new benchmarks for sustainable construction.
4. Inspire & Educate – Deliver engaging training sessions and awareness campaigns, empowering teams to embed sustainability into their daily work.
