* Apply paint, varnish, and wallpaper to interior and exterior surfaces.
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling, sanding, and priming.
* Carry out minor repairs, such as filling holes and cracks.
* Advise on colour schemes and finishes to match the hotel’s design.
* Work with the maintenance manager to manage the inventory of painting tools and materials.
* Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to minimise disruption to guests.
* Perform regular inspections and touch-ups in high-traffic areas.
* Assist the maintenance team in completing other day-to-day maintenance tasks.
