We are seeking an experienced Listing Content Manager who may have worked previously in marketing and/or project management.

Job Summary:
To be fully
responsible for overseeing and managing an external team responsible for creating, optimising, and maintaining product listings across all eCommerce platforms. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and high-quality presentation of titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content. The manager directs the team to meet performance targets, improve search visibility, drive conversions, and align listing content with brand and marketing strategies. They act as the key point of contact between internal teams and the external team, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead External Teams covering the following elements:
Manage and oversee the listing's team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality output.
Ensure all product listingsincluding titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ contentadhere to brand standards and are optimised for eCommerce platforms.
Prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain efficient processes for listing creation, updates, and enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and operations) and the external team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee listing optimisation to improve search visibility, keyword relevance, and overall conversion performance.
Track the external teams output and KPIs, providing regular reporting, feedback, and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Identify, escalate, and resolve listing or platform-related issues promptly to minimise disruption to sales and operations.
Implement best practices, review processes, and provide training to the external team to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and high standards.
Personal Specification:
Strong team management skills, preferably managing external or remote teams.
Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and optimise processes for efficiency and performance.
