Your new company This part-time administrator role will see you join a large organisation and work as part of an established team to provide administrative support. You will work 20 hours per week on a temporary contract via Hays. Your new role In your new role as a part-time administrator, you will support the team with key administrative tasks to help support projects and business continuity. You will deal with incoming queries, pass on to relevant points of contact in the team, respond to emails and calls in a timely manner. Providing administrative support by updating documents and tracker systems in Excel and SharePoint, filing documents, dealing with incoming mail, diary management, scheduling and adhoc administrative requests. You will work in-office, in Elgin, working 20 hours per week in a working pattern that suits you and the team. What you'll need to succeed This role will require you to have strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word and SharePoint. As the first point of contact for queries, you must have excellent communication skills. This role is in a busy team, meaning you will have to prioritise key tasks and demonstrate excellent organisational skills. Ideally, you will have some flexibility in hours worked to support the team in busy times. What you'll get in return In this role, you will start immediately with an ongoing temporary contract for at least 12 weeks. You will be paid a competitive rate of pay, accrue holiday pay and be paid weekly via Hays.
