Legal Secretary to join a friendly firm of solicitors in Dunstable. The ideal candidate will have experience in private client or happy to be trained in private client. Our client is also happy to look at someone who has nt go t legal experience but has good secretarial skills. This role is providing support to the firm's solicitor in private client. Duties Provide administrative support by managing schedules and correspondence. Prepare, and edit legal documents and reports using Microsoft Word. Audio typing of dictations Organise an d ensuring documentation are up to date. Manage communication with clients and solicitor s. Maintain confidentiality of information. Experience Proven administrative experience within a legal environment is highly desirable but not essential but secretarial skills with audio is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential. Strong typing skills with audio. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
