Salary: Circa £60,000–£70,000 (depending on experience and location)
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing practice. This is a flexible role with a diverse caseload, including general civil and commercial disputes. Experience in employment litigation is a plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and progress a varied civil and commercial litigation caseload.
* Provide strategic advice to clients and represent them in legal proceedings.
* Draft, review, and file legal documents and correspondence.
* Collaborate with senior lawyers to deliver high-quality client service.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
* Employment litigation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Confident client-facing skills and ability to manage cases independently.
* Flexible regarding office location; Bromley is preferred for more senior applicants.
