I am hiring a Temp Office Administrator to work for my client in Billericay!
Office Administrator Pay:

Pay rate between £13 - £14 per hour DOE
*
Ongoing temp
Office Administrator Details:
*
General day to day admin duties
*
Answering phones and welcoming visitors
*
Arranging deliveries as required
*
Dealing with engineers on a daily basis
*
Ordering materials and plant hire
*
Preparing quotes and invoices, booking jobs and checking progress
*
Ensuring stock levels are kept on suitable level
*
Making payments
*
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Office Administrator Requirements:
*
Previous experience of working in an office environment will be advantageous
*
Previous experience in a construction office
*
Must Experience in O&M manuals
*
Good general admin experience
