Job Description
Job Purpose
The service tech will be assigned tenant-related work orders daily in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Responsibilities include prioritizing issues based on urgency, contacting tenants, diagnosing root causes, and completing necessary repairs promptly to meet or exceed Elite's and our customer's standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
3. Perform routine maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
4. Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
5. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
7. Ensure units pass inspections.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
9. Be available for on-call service as per policy guidelines.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
* Knowledge of local codes and regulations.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Proficiency with iPhone, email, and Google applications.
* Bilingual skills.
* Must provide own basic tools.
* Maintain accurate records of work and materials.
* Exhibit a strong work ethic and integrity.
* Willingness to learn and follow directions.
* Represent Elite professionally, including while operating company vehicles.
