Room Leader – Toddler Room Up to £32,000 per annum | Full-Time | All Year Round This vibrant, fun-filled nursery is part of a group of family-run nurseries with a sense of community at its heart. With bright, beautifully designed rooms, dedicated play areas, a vegetable patch, messy play spaces, and plenty of room for little ones to explore and discover. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to take the helm of their busy Toddler Room and help create magical learning moments for their youngest explorers. What They Are Looking For Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner within a nursery setting - essential Confident leading a toddler room with a strong understanding of this age group's developmental needs Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about delivering outstanding early years care A team player who fits naturally into a fun, family-feel environment What's on Offer Up to £32,000 per annum Health insurance Discounted childcare Company pension scheme On-site parking Wellbeing programme Annual leave increasing with service Part of a supportive, family-run nursery group Key Responsibilities Leading the Toddler Room, creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore and grow Planning and delivering engaging activities across all areas - from messy play to outdoor learning and the vegetable patch Observing and tracking children's development in line with EYFS, sharing progress with families Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your room team on a day-to-day basis Building warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Working closely with the nursery management team to maintain high standards throughout How to Apply If you hold a Level 3 or above and have experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner, we'd love to hear from you.
