Job Description:
We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we’ve grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to the global mobility leader today.
Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress in your career. Are you ready to make your move?
After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on business training, learning valuable skills from capable mentors, including our current CEO, who started as a graduate in our Management Training Programme.
This program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business and promotes from within, offering training in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you advance, more opportunities will become available. You can continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years, or explore other areas like Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.
We prioritize diversity and have been recognized in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall’s Top 100 LGBT inclusive employers, Disability Confident Leaders, the Social Mobility Employer Index, and the Race Equality Responsible Business Champion by BITC.
Enterprise remains family-owned, with our CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, leading us into the future with stability and long-term vision.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make significant business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn to run a profitable business. You will also learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management will be developed, enabling you to build relationships with local business partners. You will learn to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, with development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
A full manual UK driving licence is required, with accommodations for applicants with disabilities who do not drive.
No drug or alcohol-related offence on the driving record within the last five years is permitted.
