Tiles and Stone Direct is a retail company based in Chelmsford, United Kingdom, specialising in quality tiles and stone products. We are looking for a full‑time Retail Store Manager to oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales and productivity goals.
Role Description
This full‑time on‑site role is located in Seafield. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and providing excellent customer service and communication with both staff and customers. In recent years we have added bathroom products to our showroom.
Qualifications
* Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
* Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Experience in the retail industry is a plus
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or related field is a plus
