We are partnering with an internationally recognised hospitality group as they prepare to launch their first site in the UK, bringing an iconic restaurant brand to the heart of Chelsea.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to lead a business with real soul, personality, and long-term ambition.
The concept centres around a beautifully designed 60-seater Mediterranean restaurant on the ground floor, paired with a sumptuous cocktail bar upstairs. The space has been designed to move effortlessly from relaxed lunches and brunches into vibrant evenings shaped by music, cocktails, energy, and atmosphere.
It is a hospitality business built around experience, rhythm, and warmth, creating a place people genuinely want to spend time. Somewhere that becomes part of people’s routines rather than simply another London opening.
The General Manager will play a defining role in shaping how the brand is experienced in London from day one.
We are looking for someone who leads from the floor. Someone who notices the lighting, the music, the pace of service, the energy in the room, and the small details guests remember without always realising why.
You will work closely with the leadership team, an exceptional Executive Chef, and a highly regarded Head Mixologist to build a culture and operation that feels polished, exciting, and deeply hospitality-led.
The right person will likely come from premium London restaurants where food, drinks, atmosphere, and service all carry equal importance.
