Our financial services organisation is looking for someone to support the Finance Lead, reporting directly to them, and joining a team that values a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities include:
Support with finance admin tasks: bookkeeping, invoicing, purchase orders, and audit trails
Assist with timesheet management for a large team, including weekly reconciliation and error checking
Maintain and update spreadsheets, reconciliation documents, and project trackers (Excel skills essential; ability to fix or rebuild macros is a plus)
Manage stakeholder relationships & help project managers with forecasting and data accuracy
For this role you should have:
Bookkeeping experience and a good understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, and more complex finance scenarios
Strong Excel skills (macros understanding would be ideal)
Personable, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable with a mix of finance admin and stakeholder management
Excellent level of attention to detail
