Atrium Healthcare is supporting a respected care provider in the recruitment of a visionary Registered Manager to lead supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment—combining operational management with an unwavering commitment to person-centred care.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Full regulatory compliance, including CQC registration and governance
Leadership across service delivery, training, HR, and performance management
Oversight of safeguarding, medication governance, and risk assessments
Driving a culture of quality, learning, and accountability
Strategic relationship-building across external partners and commissioners
Your Background:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care
Significant experience in senior roles within supported living or adult social care
Strong working knowledge of adult care legislation and frameworks
Proven team leader with financial management capability
Resilient, reflective, and driven to deliver sustainable impact
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
