The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Managerto join the team in our head office in the heart of London’s West End. You willbe working on a hugely varied client base that includes many of the UK’s mostsuccessful and well-known events, shows and attractions.
You will be responsible for thecreation and presentation of digital cross channel campaigns (display, paidsearch and paid social), as well as activating and managing day to day digitaldisplay accounts. Knowledge of and experience within paid social and googleproduct campaigns is advantageous. Importantly, the team member we are lookingto hire has extensive experience in front of clients and can quickly buildrelationships, feeling confident in presenting ideas and discussing ongoingaccount projects.
You will be responsible for regularlypresenting to client, both to update on live campaigns, discuss optimisations,and provide PCA reports and new campaign proposals too. You will also beactivating and reporting on campaigns for some of our agency’s most importantclients. You’ll be working with a variety of media owners as well as internaltrading platforms to bring the wider campaign strategy to life and ensure wedeliver on both awareness and performance goals. You’ll get to see tangiblebusiness results off the back of your work, with our market leading Insightsteam delivering daily ticket sales figures which form the basis of our campaignplanning and optimisation.
You will report into a DigitalDirector, with further support from your dedicated Head of Dept. on the accountsyou work on.
Wecurrently employ a flexible approach to working which is a combination oforganised time in the office and working from home. The vast majority of ourteam spend around 3 days per week in the office dependant on their role andneeds of the business.
The Team
The digital media team our agencycovers all paid disciplines, with 20+ experts across search, social and displayactivation. We run campaigns for some of the biggest ticket items in arts andentertainment including.
Working closely with the other teamswithin our full-service agency, our London-based digital hub delivers paidmedia execution for our London clients, as well as working with our Manchesterand New York offices to activate local strategies.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Workwithin the digital team to propose, present and activate best in class digital campaigns.
2. Brief,activate and manage digital display media campaigns, support by senior accountexecs and account executives.
3. Campaign set up, optimisation, reporting andbilling on assigned accounts.
4. Build and maintain strong working relationshipswith key stakeholders both internally and externally.
5. Line management of digital account executive wherenecessary
6. Continuingto learn and develop– we will provide you with access to a range ofcertifications, exams, and training with a view to developing you and your roleat the agency.
7. Committo expanding your knowledge of our clients’ businesses and sectors.
8. Meetwith key agency partners to develop your understanding of the digital media space.
9. Act asa positive, professional ambassador for the paid digital team, wider media teamand agency both internally and externally
Requirements
Essential
10. 3 years media agency experience
11. 2+ years’ experience working on campaigns that use the full scope ofdigital platforms: Paid Social, google products and digital display. Pleasenote: In platform experience in all areas is not essential.
12. 2+ years’ digital display campaign experience
13. 2+ years working with media schedulesand presenting in front of clients.
14. Full understanding of digital mediaprocesses- from briefing and creation to campaign set up and reporting.
15. Ability to multitask and manage yourtime effectively across multiple clients and client campaigns.
16. Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
17. Strong computer literacy and IT skillse.g., Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
18. Excellent analytical and numeracy /mathematical skills
19. Positive attitude and curious nature
20. An interest inarts/culture/heritage/entertainment sector and clear ability to talk about themin an intelligent way.
Desired
21. Experience in media platforms in any discipline e.g., Google Ads, Socialand/or any programmatic DSPs
22. Knowledge of the latest digital trends and innovations
23. Broader media landscape knowledge, including offline and broadcast.
