We require an enthusiastic experienced Head chef who is passionate about food for our busy traditional country pub just 20 minutes from Harrogate & 10 minutes from Ripon
You will develop & prepare seasonal menus, whilst controlling ingredient stocks & costs.
You must be hardworking, flexible & able to produce hearty food from locally sourced fresh ingredients, from pub classics to exciting new dishesfor our specials board.
Motivating & training the rest of the kitchen team is also key to ensure food standards are always maintained.
Excellent rates of pay for the right candidate.
