Key Responsibilities
* Weekly bank reconciliations and cashflow forecasting
* Processing payments and invoices in Sage
* Managing customer orders, invoicing and debt chasing
* Supporting month-end tasks, reporting and margin analysis
* Maintaining accurate records, credit checks and insurance applications
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a finance assistant/accounts role
* Good knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
