Job Title: Response Operative

Shift Pattern: 4-day shift rotation: 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 nights on, 4 days off. Shifts are 12 hours each: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

What You Will Do
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers in our Alarm Monitoring Centre.
* Analyse CCTV images and respond to live security and fire system activations.
* Liaise with emergency services when needed.
* Maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and escalate unresolved issues.

What We’re Looking For
* Knowledge of CCTV systems and ARC duties.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.
* Ability to work under pressure independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer service or contact centre experience.
* SIA CCTV license (training provided if needed).
