The Role As a Case Manager, youll take ownership of mortgage applications from submission through to offer. Youll keep cases moving, solve problems quickly, and deliver a seamless customer journey. Your work directly impacts speed to offer, customer satisfaction, and overall performance. What Youll Do Manage a pipeline of applications through to completion Review lender feedback and ensure criteria is met Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and customers Maintain compliance and accurate documentation Proactively resolve issues and prevent delays Work closely with advisers and internal teams Keep customers informed throughout What Were Looking For Strong admin or case management experience Excellent communication skills Highly organised with great attention to detail Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting Confident handling high customer interaction Proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused Strong IT skills and a team-first mindset Why Haysto?
