The Role We are partnering with a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team. Strong company culture You will: Review tender and contract documentation, develop construction programmes, and coordinate information release schedules. Lead site mobilisation, manage approved subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health & safety and programme requirements. Liaise closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers to maintain control of cost, quality, and project delivery. Monitor live projects through inspections, meetings, progress reporting, and client engagement to ensure satisfaction. Oversee snagging processes and manage all handover documentation, including H&S and O&M records. The Ideal Candidate; Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction or fit-out. Strong working knowledge of JCT and D&B contracts. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills Full details will be discussed upon application.
