We are searching for an organised, detail-oriented Project Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively coordinating project activities, providing comprehensive support and ensuring seamless communication.
Our client is a well-established, large organisation in Eastbourne in the Manufacturing and Production sector.
Description
As a Project Administrator your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented properly.
* Prepare and maintain project documents and reports.
* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
* Work with the project manager to eliminate blockers.
* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
* Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
* Issue all appropriate legal paperwork.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Profile
A successful Project Administrator should have:
* Proven work experience in project management or in a similar role.
* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
* Ideally strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
