Join a successful city-centre hotel as an Assistant Financial Controller, supporting the Finance Controller and small accounts team in delivering accurate, timely financial processes.
The Role
* Support daily accounting operations across AP, AR and ledger management
* Process payments, post invoices (Sage) and manage purchase orders
* Complete reconciliations including bank, statements and petty cash
* Prepare weekly payroll data and update employee financial information
* Assist with stock control and inventory checks
* Contribute to monthly P&L preparation and weekly forecasting
* Analyse financial data and highlight variances or issues
* Handle general office, cash-handling and administrative duties
* Coach and support junior team members
What Were Looking For
1. Minimum 2 years accounting experience (ideally within hospitality or similar)
