The Projects Coordinator is required to assist the project teams with administration and document creation across several projects.

This is a 12- month fixed term contract

This is a Site Based role - 5 days a week, assisting on 2 sites in Newport, Wales.

What you’ll be doing as our Projects Coordinator:

3. Provide administrative support to the project teams
4. Placement and progress chasing of supplier purchase orders in line with the company authorisation matrix
5. Co-ordination of deliveries to project locations
6. Chasing and collation of progress reports from project team and other stakeholders
7. Operations & Maintenance manual, documentation, tracking & reporting
8. Input of timesheet data for all project contract personnel
9. Coordination, management and minute-taking of client and internal meetings
10. Control and management of material stock sheets and asset lists
11. Control and management of onsite tester records and calibration
12. Administration of customer documentation portals (document uploads and downloads)
13. Administration of all project H&S/Quality documentation
14. Spelling, grammar checking and formatting of project documentation when requested
15. Compilation of reports/records as and when required
16. Obtaining small quotations and product lead-times

26. Experience of Sage Line 500 or similar systems
