Key Responsibilities
* Set and operate horizontal and vertical CNC milling machinery.
* Manufacture high‑precision components to tight tolerances for demanding applications.
* Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Maintain exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanliness.
* Carry out routine maintenance and ensure maximum machine efficiency.
* Collaborate effectively within a skilled team to meet production targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years experience operating CNC milling machines in a precision engineering environment.
* Confident working to tight tolerances across a variety of materials.
* Proficient with Fanuc programming.
* Strong problem‑solving skills with a methodical, quality‑driven mindset.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Solid mechanical understanding and competence with hand tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing top‑quality work.
* Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
