The Role: Employee Relations Lead

We’re looking for a strategic and empathetic Employee Relations Lead to champion a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace culture. Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping our employee relations strategy and supporting our people managers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinary, performance, etc.)
* Develop and implement ER strategies and policies aligned with employment law and MTC values
* Provide expert advice on legal compliance and employment law updates
* Coach and train managers to foster positive team dynamics
* Analyse data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal professionals
* Oversee policy effectiveness and manage Occupational Health services


What We’re Looking For:

* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and trends
