Key Objectives Efficiently and accurately enter data into designated systems and databases. Maintain data quality by verifying and correcting information as needed. Support various departments by providing reliable data management assistance. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Responsibilities Input data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy. Review and verify data for completeness and consistency. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries. Organize and maintain electronic files and records in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows. Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines. Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and security. Requirements Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data management software. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus. Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
